Terms & Conditions

All RAYRHO TRANSPORT LTD tickets are issued subject to its terms and conditions of carriage. By purchasing RAYRHO TRANSPORT travel tickets, the passengers unconditionally accept the terms and conditions set out below.

 

Tickets

  1. All tickets are valid for use ONLY by the individual to whom it has been issued and the bus schedule, date and time for which it is purchased.
  2. It is the sole responsibility of all passengers to provide correct information while filling the manifest.
  3. RAYRHO can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
  4. Although your choice of the bus for any journey is important, please be aware that RAYRHO reserve the right to position or assign buses other than your chosen bus for a given journey when and where necessary.

 

Ticket Amendment

Any alteration made on a ticket issued by authorised personnel of RAYRHO TRANSPORT LTD renders such ticket invalid for all purposes. A new ticket shall be required to validate any ticket so altered. And in some cases, ticket fares may be subject to additional charges including insurance, taxes etc where applicable.

 

Ticket Transfer

RAYRHO ticket once issued is not transferable. Any ticket tendered by a person other than the person whose name is written therein shall be deemed void and be confiscated, except otherwise considered by the management of RAYRHO TRANSPORT as necessary.

 

Refund & Re-Validation

Tickets purchased are not refundable but may be re-validated free of charge within three weeks of purchase.  At the expiration of three weeks, passengers are expected to buy new travel tickets. Re-book without any consideration at 50% administrative charges. Re-validation is subject to stipulated terms and conditions and can only be granted by authorised RAYRHO TRANSPORT administrator or its agent otherwise it is considered void

 

Ticket Reservation

Passengers are advised to book tickets in advance but must arrive at the RAYRHO departure terminal at least 45mins before scheduled boarding and departure time. Ticket reservation must state the date of travel. And for a round trip, the date of the return journey must be specified and must not exceed three weeks. Advance purchased tickets may be re-validated or departure date and time changed prior to scheduled travel date but subject to advance booking requirements and terms including an administrative charge of 5% as a fee. For passengers who miss their bus on a scheduled travel date, ticket revalidation must not exceed 24hrs. Should the revalidation of such tickets exceed 24hrs, it shall be cancelled without refunds.

 

Ticket Re-booking

Re-booking is allowed but the request must be accompanied by the original ticket. All re-booking must be done within three weeks of initial ticket purchase. Where an increase in fare applies, the passenger is required to pay the difference. Re-booking may be made at RAYRHO TRANSPORT terminal, online, 24/7 customer care facility or by an authorised agent.

 

Departure Time

All passengers are required to arrive at the designated RAYRHO TRANSPORT departure terminal 60mins before the scheduled departure time as stated on the ticket. Vacant seats not filled 5mins to the scheduled departure time may be occupied by available passengers.

 

Passengers Luggage

  1. Passengers are entitled to 10kg free luggage space on board at the owner’s risk. RAYRHO TRANSPORT reserve the right to refuse carriage of luggage that exceeds 10kg weight.
  2. Passengers are strictly advised to watch over their luggage and ensure they disembark with their luggage upon arrival at the final destination
  3. Items such as laptops, iPods/iPads mobile phones, electronics, jewellery, cash are carried on board at the owner’s risk.

 

Pets, Alcohol, Smoking, unaccompanied Children (Below 12 years)

Pets (animals) alcohol consumption/intoxicated passengers, smoking and unaccompanied children are prohibited on all our vehicles. For children under the age is 12, proof of identity will be required.

 

Agents and representatives

  1. No agents or representatives shall alter, modify or waive any provisions of these terms and conditions as contained herein.
  2. Please be aware that we only collect your personal data for identification and communication purposes. We do not sell, lease or transmit personal data to third parties.

 

Error debits on online transactions

  1. Customers are advised to contact their banks/financial institutions should they require a refund due to multiple debits, debits with no value on card transactions.
  2. Refund requests originating from bank transfers can be processed by sending emails to customercare@rayrhotransport.com.
  3. Once confirmation of made and the customers’ bank account detail is provided, a refund will be made within 5-7 working days.

 

Force Majeure

  1. If in an unlikely event of war, strikes, the threat of terrorism, industrial action short of a strike, lockdown, accidents, fire, blockade, natural disasters, technical malfunction, epidemic and pandemic or other obstacles over which RAYRHO has no control, fails to fulfil its obligations to its customers in the manner and/or within the time required by the terms stated here, RAYRHO will not be liable to the customers for any loss/damage arising from such failure or delay in performance or service delivery.
  2. RAYRHO may change the schedule or cancel any of its services but with reasonable notice to customers, without any liability.
  3. Verbal fare quotations are not allowed. RAYRHO fare can be found on the terminals or website.
